What you will love to do:
Manage, Lead, and direct a team of construction-minded, client-focused associates in our Commercial Flooring, Concrete Finishes and Floor Maintenance divisions.

We are looking for someone who has experience in a director-level role within the Commercial Flooring industry.

Responsibilities:
Oversee all Flooring Operations associates, Sales Executives, Project Managers, Estimators, Installers and Technicians
Manage project cost vs. spend for both labor and materials
Maintain budget including but not limited to associate and subcontracted labor, materials, company vehicles
Build and maintain client relationships
Train and develop current associates and hew hires
Skills/Experience Needed:
Skills/Qualifications:
7 years’ experience in a director-level role required, commercial flooring industry experience preferred
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Construction Management Preferred
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team
Advanced computer skills related to Microsoft Office and industry-specific Software
Strong communication skills with the ability to be concise and professional.
