Profile
Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the inventory department, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
Ensure that all inventory records are accurate and up to date.
Oversee a team of inventory employees, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
Develop and implement procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy of inventory operations, utilizing innovative solutions to improve processes.
Coordinate with other departments, such as planning, production and purchasing to ensure that inventory levels are maintained at optimal levels.
Maintain a safe and clean inventory environment, adhering to all safety and health regulations, and promoting a culture of safety within the department.
Manage inventory reports and provide analysis to management as needed.
Troubleshoot inventory issues and implement corrective actions to identify and address issues in a timely manner.
Continuously monitor and improve inventory processes and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and highly interactive environment
Adheres to tight and strict deadlines while maintaining quality and integrity of the product
Teamwork, cooperation, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
Education Level:
HS Diploma
Job Experience:
2 years of relevant experience and/or training in inventory management
Proven communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build and maintain strong relationships across the department.
