Operations Coordinator Jobs description
The operations coordinator has to coordinate and help the operations or the floor manager to develop annual business plans identifying key activities and priorities. He or she has to help in implementing and communicating operational strategies and solutions in line with the company business plan. The operations coordinator has to coordinate with the director and the manager to set and manage performance targets and ensure staffing levels are met and managed. The operations coordinator also has to ensure that professional management standards are adhered to. The operations coordinator has to ensure that the operations business continuity and recovery requirements are met. He or she also can opine on policies and procedures relating to the company which are appropriate to the business and operational needs of the organization. Most of the operational documentation is handled by the operations coordinator.The operations coordinator should at least be a management graduate, and should have at least 2 years of experience at the associate level.
