The GSC End User Warehouse Agent (EUTS) role is to support the GSC-IT department and End User Technical Support team in shipping, receiving, cycle counting, inventory management and recovery of **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. Key responsibilities:
Processes inbound warehouse ticket orders, receives assets, manages the internal and field product returns process, handles packaging and shipping of managed asset inventory
Organizes and maintains the GSC-IT warehouse and inventory to ensure that workspaces are orderly, organized, and safe
Maintains and monitors internal and End User parts, assets and assists leadership with forecasting stock requirements
Replenishes part stocks as necessary, processes replenishment orders and verifies/processes transfers to and from remote locations
Completes weekly inventory audits and monthly cycle counts on GSC-IT and End user inventories. Identifies and assists with resolution on product discrepancies
Processes and manages bulk asset orders, asset retirement processes, manages 3rd party shipments via internal procurement system, and performs data wipes as necessary for assets scheduled for return or recycling
Provides ad-hoc and weekly/monthly inventory reporting to management
Basic Qualifications:
6 months of experience in inventory, warehouse or similar environments
6 months of experience using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
6 months of experience customer service experience using phone skills
6 months of experience in a team environment requiring, clear, professional and effective communication
Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs. frequently and repetitively, with or without accommodation.
Preferred Qualifications:
1 year of experience in inventory, warehouse or similar environments
6 months of experience with **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.'s proprietary inventory systems or other related systems
6 months of experience in procurement/part ordering
