We aim to create a financially sustainable and professional service, which currently includes Early Years Education and Care, Retail Catering, Hospitality and Events. UCSP Ltd are looking to recruit an individual to a Unit Lead role based on the main University of Plymouth campus, situated in InterCity Place, a brand new development located at Plymouth train station. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to join the company and take on the running of a newly opened unit. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the unit and provide exceptional customer service. With experience of working in a catering or retail environment, you will drive sales in line with the business plan and lead the unit in a calm and positive way. You will have experience of working in a customer service environment and have routine administration and financial understanding. A customer-focussed mind-set is essential and a drive to deliver on and exceed students, staff, and visitor’s expectations. A flexible approach to hours and work is essential, as is adaptability, whilst maintaining high standards at all times.
