The Small Product Inventory and Sourcing Product Teams are responsible for offering the right promises through accurate Inventory availability and also by meeting customer promises determining the most optimal location to fulfill customer orders while ensuring **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. continues to maintain world-class capabilities in this area.
As the Product Manager for the Small Product Inventory and Sourcing Product Team, you will lead high performing team and be responsible for defining the roadmap, and authoring/approving quarterly objectives and key results in partnership with your Senior product manager, product team, and key stakeholders. As a champion of your strategy and customers, you will evangelize your strategy and obtain buy-in from key stakeholders across the organization (Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Retail, etc..), including executive leadership.
You will have a proven track record of owning and delivering world-class capabilities, ideally for a large retail company. You should be data-driven and a self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity and can manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and, along with your team, drive them to completion.
Key responsibilities:
Contribute to the strategic vision and tactical priorities for the Small product Inventory and Sourcing product teams based on rigorous analytics
Maintain mastery in translating business needs into customer goals and features as well as mastery in driving the vision, strategy, and overall roadmap for the product to deliver against core customer value propositions and **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.'s strategic and financial goals
Identify new opportunities, define the business case, and drive organizational alignment
Generate and implement big ideas to drive business improvements, innovation, and scale
Be customer-obsessed, by keeping the customer need at the forefront of solution creation
Lead the team in innovation exercises to demonstrate the test/learn/iterate mindset
Promote a culture where team members feel comfortable to dissent and have a sense of belonging

Required Qualifications:
2 years relevant Product Management experiences (Dev, UX, Strategy, etc)
1 year of indirect team management/leadership/providing work direction
1 year of relevant experience in strategy creation, customer-focused solutioning, cross-functional leadership, etc.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, evaluate outcomes, and challenge conventional wisdom
Bachelor's or advanced degree in Product Management, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field or equivalent work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
4 years of relevant experience
1 year of people management experience
Able to prioritize complex and often competing deliverables and run large meetings with technical and business leaders
