POSITION TITLE: Retail Store Assistant ManagerREPORTS TO: Retail Store ManagerBUSINESS/COMPANY/DEPARTMENT: Gearhead OperationsLOCATION: Seattle, WAThe Assistant Retail Store Manager helps maintain a profitable store that offers an incredible guest experience. You will work with all members of the Retail Store team to maintain customer service standards by supervising the Retail Store Gearhead team, manage inventory, visual merchandising and orders, all while ensuring the store hits metrics for sales and profitability. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:u25CF        Provide coaching & feedback to Retail Store Gearheadsu25CF        Fix inventory issues and problem ordersu25CF        Manage cash drawer, spreadsheet and bank depositsu25CF        Assist Retail Store manager in creating an efficient and effective scheduleu25CF        Assist with onboarding new staffu25CF        Help customers in times of increased store trafficu25CF        Run daily metrics to determine team performance and impactu25CF        Manage back of house logistics, receipts and organization of inventoryu25CF        Manage shop staff and non inventory services QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & ABILITIES:u25CF        Knowledge of the gear we sellu25CF        Visual Merchandising experience is preferredu25CF        Proficient with Computers and Software productsu25CF        Strong ability to multitasku25CF        Excellent verbal and written communication skills for multiple audiences including employees and customersu25CF        Ability to prioritize and manage conflicting demandsu25CF        Working knowledge of MS Office productsu25CF        Experience with Interchange WMS#LI-EP1 #LI-Onsite
