The Sr. Manager Supply Chain and Global Properties Strategy is responsible for the development of end-to-end strategies that evolve the Supply Chain business and support **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.’s enterprise strategy. Accountability will also extend into establishing an end-to-end supply chain operational planning approach, inclusive of our physical network, flow of products, along with the technology, tools, processes, data visibility to support effective planning. The role will engage and influence cross functional leaders, develop mid to long term strategies, identify strategic priorities, facilitate roadmap creation.

Key Responsibilities

E2E Capability Development Utilize in depth understanding of end-to-end processes to guide conversations with cross-functional teams, combining functional expertise and comprehensive business knowledge to align business needs and outcomes with coordinated plans
Assess and evaluate current capabilities, processes, network utilization, channel fulfillment, and identify ways to improve iteratively over time
Represent the business in defining needs, making tradeoff decisions, and delivering solutions within the context of Supply Chain’s position within the broader enterprise and industry
Drive operational improvement through process, enhance and build accountability through new KPIs and establish new standards across business functions delivering company-wide changes
Define measurable business objectives and align resources and tools to track success. Reinforce accountability to business outcomes through measurement, audits, and feedback mechanisms
Strategic Planning Partner in developing frameworks for major decisions and work execution (Ensure strategy aligns with critical cross-functional partners, broader Supply Chain strategic direction and overall Enterprise objectives
Identify and engage all key internal stakeholders/leaders that will derive benefit from the development of strategies and whose support may be needed to achieve the strategic vision
Provide objective guidance to business partners related to process excellence, efficiency and accountability focused on driving long term optimization and sustainable business outcomes
Support development of future roadmaps and business objectives with cross-functional teams, advocating for success and gaining necessary buy-in and alignment
Supply Chain Strategy Development Develop vision of an innovative future for our business, and create roadmap to deliver upon that vision while balancing risk, reward, cost, sustainability, and human change impact
Adopt new ways of working, apply critical thinking, leverage business knowledge, and challenge the status quo of our business, operations, technology to get to a truly disruptive future
This individual will also facilitate internal and external partnerships, identify industry and internal business trends, and recommend and execute business opportunities to accelerate growth, minimize risk, and remove unnecessary expense.
Team Management/ Leadership Set and reinforce the vision and culture for the team. Provide work clear direction, performance feedback and developmental support to direct team
Mentor and train direct and indirect reports. Actively participate in Supply Chain and broader Enterprise Leadership meetings to drive cross-functional priorities
Motivate the team to succeed and create an environment of growth, engagement, development and learning – through recognizing contributions and inspiring a positive culture
Lead working teams and develop their critical thinking skills and business/system knowledge to improve current performance and identify opportunities for changes which support business strategy, efficiency and sustainability
Basic Qualifications 5 or more years in Supply Chain, Retail or related fields
2 or more years of experience in people and/or resource management
2 or more years of experience working on significant process and/or technology transformation
Demonstrated leadership, collaboration, project management, problem-solving, and influencing skills
Strong influencing, coaching and mentoring skills; demonstrated success in building credibility with peers and key stakeholders (often at a Director and VP level) to drive action and change
