Job Accountabilities:
Safety
Implement HSSE standard in warehouse
Implement HSSE Plans, Policies, Standards and Procedures according to the HSSE, ensure compliance to HSSE-MS and HSE Golden Rules
Be involved in HSSE related audits
Ensure risk for HSSE related activities are reduced to ALARP
Ensure assets are safe guarded and controls are in place for people to operate safely
Provide adequate training for staff to develop competence.
Warehouse
Responsible for HSSE, service and cost performance of the warehouse
Efficient management of resources to meet service levels at lowest costs including pallet management
Management of Stock (counting/investigation/reconciliation/keeping in suitable condition etc) particularly empty packaging and additives. Manage inventory control in plant and to ensure that accuracy maintained at all times. Ensure all stock movement in the staging area and that the daily, weekly and/or monthly and annually physical counts and reconciliation are carried out for stock accounting purpose.
Ensure the right quantity and quality of product are inspected at the staging area and FIFO is practiced without fail. Ensure customer orders are delivered on time as per agreed service level and cost effective manner.
Ensure product are stored in warehouse in compliance with existing WMS and safely. Removing leakers and ensure decanting to flush oil.
Leads review of warehouse KPIs for service, HSSE and cost
Warehouse resource and capacity requirement planning to ensure that peaks/promotions etc are met
Liaison with Planning to manage stockholding and to remove dead stock
Liaise with the 3PL Warehouse Supervisor to handle outbound logistic, emergencies, special requests, product return etc
Manage and optimize outbound and inbound logistic capacity and resources (capacity management)
Liaise with Maintenance Manager to ensure high quality levels of housekeeping and warehouse asset integrity
Develops, manages and motivates local warehouse staff
Accountable for smooth operations for Ex Line deliveries including transition from Filling Line all the way to loading and documentation
Quality
Continuous random inspection of packaging quality that arrives to PD LOBP
Reporting and recording of all packaging defects detected upon receipt
Lead reporting and recording of defects into PDR and TraQ templates for MY by working with 3PL Warehouse Supervisors
Conduct supplier audits with Quality Manager on periodic basis
Work with Planning, Quality, Logistics and Regional Supply Chain Excellence Team to close packaging defect gaps
Support Quality Manager in packaging trials
Continuous Improvement and LEAN
Carry out projects to continuously upgrade performance levels, keep cost down, improve housekeeping and safety of the warehouse and its related activities
Production
Carry out collaborative interface work with Production on daily production output, packaging pre pick, Material Request Form, packaging return and product/ packaging rejects, FF materials transfer, Stacker service, Waste Disposal and others. Ensure mutual agreement on this to support production plan, control materials accuracy, align to OEE target and comply to HSSE requirement.
Maintenance
Responsible to ensure warehouse asset subcondition are timely raised in Lgame Notification for maintenance actions. Ensure all work done by Maintenance are agreeable with Warehouse and TECO timely.
Responsible with Maintenance for CAPEX related to warehouse.
Involve with Maintenance to periodical review R&I for optimal warehouse asset condition.

Job Requirements:
Educational qualification preferably degrees holder in logistics or supply chain, min 5 years of experience in Logistic Management.
Warehouse and stock management operations experience
Team management experience
Basic lubricant product knowledge and basic lubricant manufacturing
Candidates with strong quality background and those who have keen eye on detail, good analytical skills and follow up who wishes to expand experience in a supervisory role and increase stakeholder management experience can also be considered
