Description
The Senior OTC Product Implementation Professional role will serve as the project manager and lead change agent to create key strategic process improvements integral to the growth of the Over-the-Count line of business.
Responsibilities
The Senior OTC Product Implementation Professional will design the new client onboarding process and will be the key stakeholder responsible for navigating internal and external clients through a successful Over-the-Counter Product implementation process.
Responsibilities include:
Collaborate with Operations and the PMO to design, develop and implement a new client onboarding process for internal and external clients
Work with OTC account manager to prepare new clients for onboarding
Apply structured methodology and lead change activities, from planning through to adoption, by identifying risks and points of resistance and developing specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns
Work with key stakeholders to identify current process improvements
Develop standard operating procedures, system gaps and market facing talk tracks and training
Partner with the Technology Solutions, Process Engineering and IT teams to implement process improvement projects
Function as a subject matter expert and single point of contact between OTC clients and Operations, identify business impacts of new processes and communicate upcoming project implementations and new client launches with Pharmacy stakeholders
Provide membership projections for all clients to Humana Pharmacy Operations and Finance for budgeting purposes
Deliver accurate and timely project status updates throughout all project phases.
Actively manage project resources in terms of project deliverables and timeframes.
Attend, participate in and facilitate project meetings.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Experience creating new or improved processes
Strong project management skills and proven ability to manage multiple projects/priorities
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
Associates working in the state of Arizona must comply with the Tobacco Free Hiring Policy (see details below under Additional Information) and upon offer will be subjected to nicotine testing as part of a 10-panel drug test
