Job Description:
What’s the role?
As Warehouse Supervisor, you will be entrusted to:
Ensure Zero TRCF (Total Recordable Case Frequency) in warehouse area. Lead by example through the promotion of good health, compliance with all safety procedures and business principles and reporting of all hazards accidents/incidents and near misses.
Ensure Logistics compliance with all local and legislative standards.
Responsible for monitoring, tracking, analyzing, and instituting corrective actions to support customer OTIF (On Time - In Full Delivery) performance, Logistics OTIF performance, and CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index).
Ensure correct payments to warehouse vendors, including coordination with logistic performance analyst for tariff recovery to S&M (Sales & Marketing). Ensure correct and on-time payment to Vendors.
Lead Monthly performance review with Warehouse Vendors.
Contribute to resource allocation in line with Opex targets. Contribute to annual T&R (Target & Revenue) process.
Responsible for the development and maintenance of the logistics tools necessary to manage daily operations.
Responsible to ensure that SLAs under contract management are met. Manage contractors’ underperformance in accordance to service, quality and HSSE performance standard set. Monitor KPI reporting.
Negotiating, establishing, and delivering appropriate service levels for the business during the SLA review and discussion with 3PL.
Liaison with planning to manage stockholding and to remove dead stock.
Drive continuous improvement activities to ensure strong contractor management, customer satisfaction, while working closely with Sales and Marketing and OtC (Order to Cash).
Occasionally conduct safety audit/spot checks at Depots/RDC. Assist for other HSSE issues as required. Conduct monthly HSSE meeting with vendors.
What we need from you?
We are keen to speak to professionals with the following:
Qualified Logistics professional or minimum 5 years’ experience in Logistics operations with warehouse supervision or minimum 5 years Commercial based experience
Knowledge of government regulations related to Logistics HSSE (Health, Safety, Security, & Environmental) and permits. High level of HSSE awareness
Have a strong knowledge and experience in Logistic operations, particularly for warehouse and transport (scheduling) activities.
Excellent MS Office Skills especially working with data (mastery in excel is preferable)
Strong communicator with successful experience interfacing with many levels of the organization especially operating employees
Good communication and decision-making skills. Action oriented person with analytical and problem-solving skills
Higher passion for driving Customer First behavior. Self-starter with a passion for delivering tangible results
