Description

The IT Business Performance/Process Improvement Professional 2 monitors and measures relevant performance metrics to assess the performance of IT resources and optimizes performance through process improvement activities. The IT Business Performance/Process Improvement Professional 2 work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.

Responsibilities

This position oversees, develops and manages Enterprise Information Protection's (EIP) experience and central intake system. Over the next year this role will be part of a team which will focus on the associate security experience as well expanding to measuring the security experience of our members and clinicians. As part of this role, the associate will be accountable for: ongoing experience measurement of EIP's intake and security tools; aggregating that data into a live experience dashboard; standardizing experience measurements across EIP; and expanding EIP's experience measurements to better understand the security experience of our clinicians and our members. In addition this role will maintain EIP's central intake in ServiceNow.

Required Qualifications


Les than 5 years of technical experience
Experience in problem analysis and process documentation
Experience with Microsoft office suite
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences


Preferred Qualifications


Knowledge of SQL
Experience analyzing and presenting complex data
Strong analytical skills and creative problem-solving ability
Six Sigma Certified
experience with Cyber Security
Bach Degree
