Aon is looking for a Sr Project manager to work alongside the Chief of Staff for Aon’s Client Service Delivery team. Reporting to the Client Service Delivery Chief of Staff, you will have wide exposure and involvement across Aon’s business operations teams, which is comprised of over 15k employees and 3rd Party vendors, and will directly contribute to a wide range of projects. Your days will not be uniform: a day at Aon in this role could include crafting communications / presentations, data analysis, project management, or solving operational complexities.The ideal candidate possesses an outstanding EQ, is an upbeat and optimistic person who is able to multitask, communicate and work multi-functionally in a dynamic environment. To be successful, the person need to be a strong verbal, written and visual communicator, with a collaborative, no-ego, get it done mentality. This role can be located in Chicago, New York, Texas , California or Virtual Chicago ,New York ,Texas or California regions.  Your impact as a Sr Project Manager:The Sr Project Manager will support the Client Service Delivery Chief of Staff to complete strategic and tactical initiatives that straddle across the operations teams. The Sr Project Manager will support the execution of the following deliverables:Communications and Capability NarrativesPerformance ReportingGoal setting and efficiency planningLeadership and Talent DevelopmentGlobal colleague engagement including structured communications frameworkProject management, stakeholder management, interpersonal skills, and relationship building skills are required for the successful execution of this role. Job Responsibilities:Support development and execution of SVP Client Service Delivery global communications plansDevelop executive level reports and presentationsSupport and ensure timely collection of key performance data and information for stakeholders across the enterprise to efficiently tell the story of capabilities, growth, and efficiencyTrack and monitor strategic activities to ensure goals and benchmarks are achievedIn partnership with People Organization, aid Client Service Delivery talent agenda by supporting onboarding activities, HR reports and activitiesAs needed, run critical initiatives that have an impact on functional / enterprise performanceMaintain encouraging relationships with all tiers of the organization.Required Skills:4 years of shown experience working in a matrixed, global organizationExperience managing and driving sophisticated projects to completionStrong initiative, organization, project management and execution skillsHands-on experience leading and delivering end-to-end global projectsConsistent record to adapt to new environments and lead and inspire changeStrong leadership and motivational skillsStrong social skills including tact, perseverance, and foresight and ability to work with many, diverse individuals and groups across various functions.Strong oral and written communication skills including creative writing and presentation skills.The ability to work under pressure, balance multiple priorities, tasks, demands and time- critical pressurized situations.Strong work ethic and tenacityOperations experience or strong learning skillEducation:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of confirmed experience required;  We offer youA competitive total rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with a growing worldwide organization.Our Colleague Experience:From helping clients gain access to capital after natural disasters, to creating access to health care and retirement for millions, Aon colleagues empower results for our clients, communities, and each other every day.
