Job Summary
Responsible for managing the operations and execution of the LEAD programs and processes which support business objectives through growth and performance improvement. Communicates and interacts with members of leadership to ensure program alignment with business needs and manages a team which may include exempt and non-exempt employees. Provides subject matter guidance to employees as required. Develops processes and procedures to drive department efficiencies; assists in development and meeting of departmental budget.

Core Responsibilities
Responsible for overall efficiency and effectiveness of the LEAD learning experience
Manage participant enrollment and Pod Leader Onboarding
Partner with Director of LEAD to develop and assess content for pods and strategize on best delivery methods for participants.
Oversee the LEAD Portal and HUB to ensure participants have the best end to end experience
Keep abreast of training trends, developments, and best practices.
Review existing LEAD training programs and suggest enhancements and modifications to improve engagement, learning, and retention and/or to meet the changing needs of the organization
Maintain knowledge of new methods and techniques for training, and training requirements applicable to the organization and/or industry.
Implement and support the goals of the business, working closely with Curriculum Development and Communications teams to ensure consistent delivery of materials needed to identify business needs and opportunities for improving both business and individual performance.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external resources to design and/or deliver learning programs that address identified needs, ensuring the working relationship between instructors and instructional designers.
Provide ongoing feedback and development to instructors utilizing multiple evaluation techniques. Establishes performance goals and reviews performance.
Implement policies, procedures and standard processes within the workgroup to ensure a consistent and optimal delivery system to the business.
Implement tactical business plans to ensure the achievement of operational and tactical goals.
Analyze current training practices and makes recommendations to improve the delivery of learning to departments.
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Pay Range: $84,070.43 - $126,105.65
