For more information visit ****Opportunity for a Project Director to join Honeywell UOP. As a key member of the project execution group within our Equipment division, you will use your project management experience and technical knowledge to lead a project, valued US$50MM , from start to finish delivering on time fully assembled modularized units as well as oversee or manage the construction team for the installation of these units worldwide. You will be an ambitious Project Manager in a visible position to interact directly with peers and leaders with the ability to multitask, problem solver looking to forge a career within a global business.
Key Responsibilites:
Lead a world class execution group capable of flawless equipment delivery on a global basis
Detailed management of the UOP execution activities including risk management, managing overall staffing, and procurement within approved limits, to the level required to deliver on targets
Lead a team driving equipment project execution to ensure control of the span of work required to delight the customer from order to cash
Ensure work processes and MOS are in place to consistently and effectively support global equipment engineering and drive an effective SIOP process in support of our global engineering demand across all product lines
Maintain and deliver product quality as measured by on-time-to-request and quality PPM metrics while managing delivery of projects within budgeted cost and schedule
Partner with business and sales leadership to ensure total alignment of execution strategy and approval for offering during proposal phase
Continuously develop, improve and maintain engineering tools and project templates
Lead efforts to improve our global work processes, costs and schedules
Assesses and implement strategy to improve organizational capabilities; propose and evaluate
opportunities to grow the business via organic and inorganic paths
Internal financial reporting and forecasting
Develop and retain internal talent through coaching, mentorship, and performance development plans
Maintain a continuous improvement mindset, looking for productivity gains through project closeout meetings implementing improvements via lessons learned
Ability to find the correct balance between demand and capacity when establishing priorities for the organization
Ability to travel 20% annually
Must Have
BS in Engineering and/or BS in Business and other equivalent degrees
10 years€™ experience in engineering design, procurement, service, sales, and/or business management in the oil and gas industry is required

Management experience preferably in an international, multi-site and multicultural business environment.
Demonstrated leadership qualities including executive presence and ability to manage complex, multi-dimensioned customer interactions
Strong financial management skills to manage complex projects
Detailed experience with planning, cost estimating, scheduling, procurement, and customer change order management
Demonstrated communication & interpersonal skills are considered key
Comprehensive problem-solving skills
Effective presentation skills and organization skills
Ability to work independently and ability to multi-task
Experience working across functional lines and organizations is considered ideal
