Position Summary
The Director, Global Omni Operations is responsible for overseeing the overall omni-channel operational strategy, enablement and leading global project management teammates. This role is responsible for driving process development, optimization and implementation of best practices to support our end-to-end project management processes. The Director will collaborate with leaders to share consumer insights and understand opportunities that will inform the roadmap that unlocks business value and achieves company goals. The successful executions and delivery of the roadmap will be the result of partnerships built across global and regional stakeholders from cross-functional areas across the business.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Omni Operational Strategy and Enablement:
Develop and implement roadmap to unlock full potential of the Omni Ops organization, inclusive of establishing SOPs, SLAs, templates and toolkits while evaluating technologies (i.e automation, etc.), tools and external partners to enable Ops to achieve and surpass long-term goals.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency and process optimization including the Omni Go-To-Market process.
Omni Creative Operations:
Lead global project management team accountable for delivering creative assets (seasonal, special initiative quick turn) and ensuring progress against UX/UI project pipeline. Includes O&O e-comm, digital products, and digital initiatives (i.e loyalty program, personalization, etc.) and retail stores.
Digital Program Management:
Oversee program management team accountable for designing and implementing master project plans across new and emerging digital initiatives.
Ensures roadmap is clear and executed starting with strategy development to pilots/launches and then enabling successful initiatives at scale.
Develop detailed project plans and decks, schedule meetings with key stakeholders to move project forward.
Identify gaps and areas of risk, create and share regular project dashboards, participate and sometimes lead steer co meetings with some light change management work once we move to “roll” phase of project.
Omni Innovation Operations:
Oversees team accountable for supporting and ultimately scaling test and learn opportunities.
Champion market trends and opportunities, competitive insights and customer mindset hypothesis to shape strategies
Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)
Displays excellent written and verbal communication skills both in a collaborative office environment and virtually as needed
Comprehensive understanding of the customer experience digital and retail ecosystems (Wholesale, Ecommerce, Retail stores, and other digital products)
Results / action-oriented with strong process, work-flow and project management skills
Ability to think innovatively and creatively and change course if necessary, to achieve desired results
Organizational agility; developed negotiation skills
Ability to juggle multiple goals and deadlines in context of the big picture
Able to successfully navigate within varying degrees of ambiguity in a fast-paced and pressure-filled environment
Ability to build a strong network and relationships at executive levels
Resilience and resourcefulness
Leadership and influencing skills experience leading / influencing stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
Experience working cross-functionally with leadership in developing and executing successful plans.
Capable of leading a global team

Curious and open to continually learning and improving
Education And / Or Experience
10 years of experience in omni project management
Bachelor’s Degree
Direct work experience within a corporate PMO
Salary and Relocation
Relocation will be provided
Base compensation range: $153,000 - $210,000
