The Role:

n

The mission of the Associate Director, Supply Chain is to deliver optimized process industrialization practices of our **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. therapies into the clinic. The scope of the role will include technology selection for business modeling, Good Manufacturing and Good Distribution Practices planning and execution, process development, and integration of quality philosophies into supply chain processes. You are a critical team member for the joint project development team (PDT), bridging both clinical and CMC areas; in addition, you will collaborate on relevant major investigations, process adaptations and continuous improvements, for the Graphite hematopoietic stem cell products.

What You Will Do:

    n
  • Design our Supply Chain processes or improve the existing ones, to support our early to late stage clinical and commercial strategies:n
      n
    • Align with stakeholders to define fit for purpose supply chain processes
    • n
    • Design, document, and implement the Graphite approach to supply chain management
    • n
    • Build and deliver trainings, as applicable, to the clinical, technical operations, and research teams
    • n
    • Represent the supply chain on site and company projects
    • n
    • Oversee shipments between contract manufacturing organization, clinical and manufacturing sites, as well as provide subject matter expertise for shipping related investigations
    • n
    n
  • n
  • Design, develop, and maintain resource planning tools for phase-appropriate oversight of clinical and launch programs:n
      n
    • Write user requirement specifications for the design and development of an ERP tool
    • n
    • Oversee testing & implementation
    • n
    • Provide training to Graphite users
    • n
    n
  • n
  • Drive the supply chain performance & compliance:n
      n
    • Identify area for improvements
    • n
    • Interact and influence supplier compliance with Graphite clinical, CMC, and research needs
    • n
    • Master data compliance in collaboration with the Quality organization
    • n
    n

What Will You Bring:

  • 10 years of relevant work experience in pharmaceutical supply chain, covering: distribution and cold chain, warehousing, planning and scheduling, and/or ERP implementation
  • n
  • Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.

  • Analytical mind – able to extract the key elements
  • n
  • Has a strong sense of operating in a proactive manner driving themselves and their team towards key millstones and project initiatives.
