**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. is currently recruiting for a Logistics Coordinator on behalf of an expanding Agribusiness in the Waterford area. This is a full-time permanent role with further career progression a distinct possibility.
The primary function of this role is to coordinate between warehouse, sales and distribution partners to promote an effective and efficient supply chain delivering exceptional customer service.
Reporting to the Logistics Manager you will receive ongoing coaching and training. This position is located just outside Waterford City and the role would also suit someone living in South Kilkenny / South Wexford.
Duties to include
Coordinating with logistics partners to ensure prompt and correct movement of our products
Responding to customer inquiries
Reviewing purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy
Making special shipping arrangements as necessary
Tracking and fixing shipping issues
Preparing invoices
Ensuring customer and supplier service level agreements are adhered to.
Contributing to the development of our processes and procedures
Candidate profile
A minimum of 1 years experience in a logistics role.
An organised and methodical approach to work.
Excellent IT skills including MS Office software and ability to operate a modern ERP/Accounts/Logistics system.
Strong communication skills
