Inventory Specialist Monday to Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm

Essential Functions:Works with maintenance team to order parts, update inventory, and organize inventory.Places order for supplies and parts through authorized purchasing agent. Ensures utilization of appropriate forms for equipment and spare parts order.Compiles and maintains records of merchandise, supply stock, and store information for inventory records.Updates, maintains, and establishes files, databases, records and/or other documents. Updates appropriate documentation to ensure correct merchandise are issued.Maintains spare parts inventory systematically and physically.Performs periodic cycle count to ensure spare part inventory is up to date.Prepares key performance indicator (KPI) metrics and report for maintenance team utilizing CMMS database.Performs other related duties and projects as business needs require at direction of management.Education and Experience:High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Minimum one (1) year of inventory experience required
