Summary:

The Supply Chain Solutions & Operations Program Management team provides program management, business planning and design, and implementation of and continuous improvements to business processes supporting all aspects of the SOE organization. The Program Manager role is responsible for running and growing operational and strategic programs through the complete program lifecycle, defining and managing roadmaps, and proactively identifying business pain points and potential solutions. This will also require collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to innovate and transform the business, providing best in class products and services.

Required Skills:

Champion and provide oversight for initiatives during the delivery process and provide direct project and/or program management activities through established roadmaps.

Utilize project management and communication skills to define and scope requirements, development of process flows, provide timely status updates, training, and change management to key stakeholders, and ultimately deliver programs.

Independently identify significant opportunities to improve the organization in ambiguous areas, build consensus, and define how to evaluate success (e.g., metrics, data-driven decision making).

Facilitate continuous project management methodology to deliver improvements & efficiencies for the organization.

Build consensus and alignment across different business models.

Quantify pain points around operational issues and align resources in areas that will deliver the greatest impact.

Influence and expand Portfolio Management practice to other groups.

Liaise between stakeholders and developers to define and deliver improvements via new tools and features.

Engage with business stakeholders, by partnering with the operations leads and strategic Subject Matter Experts, to understand their strategic objectives, initiatives, pain points and needs.

Partner with cross functional groups to develop an E2E go forward processes that integrate across Facebook, addressing the business priorities.

Monitor programs and projects outcome.

Minimum Qualifications:

5 years of experience in program management.

Experience in driving and managing multiple projects from scope design to execution.

Demonstrated experience in quickly adapting, learning new skill sets and technologies, and creating a solid understanding of operational challenges.

Experience dealing with ambiguity, operating in a high-growth environment, and solving problems with limited oversight.

Hands-on experience analyzing and interpreting data, drawing conclusions, defining recommended actions, and reporting results across stakeholders.

Supply Chain business processes knowledge (e.g. plan, source, make/deliver, deploy) and related support functions, such as Master Data Management or Product Lifecycle Management.

Preferred Qualifications:

Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Financial Management or similar relevant field

Organizational and people development program experience (e.g. creating and rolling out training programs, etc.)
