Position Summary

This role will establish and manage Global Reporting standards that will be used in the measurement of Distribution and Logistics processes across all global regions. Along with the establishment of the metrics and reporting, this role will aid in the presentation of this data to regional leadership, Executive Distribution leadership, and the Executive leadership team. This role will oversee a team of analysts to manage standardized global reporting, as well as the investigation and analysis of Distribution and Logistics processes across all global regions.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

⦁ Global Standardized Reporting

⦁ Distribution and Logistics process analysis

⦁ Cross-functional alignment with regional teams

⦁ Presentation of metrics and analysis

⦁ Cross-functional alignment with Network Design team

⦁ This role will guide reporting and metrics that will be used in each region.

Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)

⦁ Strong analytical skills, data analysis experience

⦁ Strong communicator

⦁ This role will require both the ability to research and learn a variety of processes across multiple regions, and the creativity to take those learnings and develop them into a cohesive and presentable format that accurately tracks and communicates the results.

⦁ Not only will this role need to work with leadership in Distribution and Logistics, but also with teams from Sales Operations, IT, and Global Planning.

Education And / Or Experience

⦁ 5-7 Years of similar experience

⦁ Undergrad degree

⦁ Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our global headquarters in Baltimore, MD.

⦁ Return To Work Designation: Hybrid 2X Per Week

⦁ Travel: 5% of the year
