A belief that we're making a positive impact and a commitment to having fun.\u00A0We are seeking a Director of Procurement to join our team.\u00A0Job Summary\u00A0The Director of Procurement is responsible for developing a strategic approach to the corporate procurement of products and services. In this leadership role, the successful candidate will create efficiencies within the Imprivata corporate procurement processes, drive savings through contract negotiation and collaborate with Imprivata Legal and Compliance teams on maturing Imprivata vendor onboarding processes. This role will be responsible for the development and implementation of policies, procedures and systems which will drive efficiencies and savings into the Imprivata\u2019s internal goods and services purchasing.\u00A0Duties and Responsibilities\u00A0Develop and communicate a procurement business plan; establish, communicate, and implement long-term goals for the department in order to promote effectiveness and efficiency.\u00A0Develop a centralized procurement program that adds value and efficiency to Imprivata.\u00A0Serve as the primary contact for procurement related questions, training, policy and procedure interpretation and alignment by all departments.\u00A0Oversee contract development, negotiations, and administration.\u00A0Develop and implement procurement-related training programs for the organization.\u00A0Establish and Manage procurement policies, procedures, and programs with a focus on their ability to enhance organizational value and efficiency.\u00A0Communicate and implement new/revised policies, procedures and programs as needed.\u00A0Process purchase orders; develops bids and proposals; and reconcile any invoice discrepancies.\u00A0Partner with members of the leadership team and department leaders to ensure alignment and support for purchasing needs across the business.\u00A0Required Qualifications\u00A0Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.\u00A07-10 years of related experience, with at least 3 years of supervisory experience.\u00A0Results-oriented, metrics-driven leader with expertise in purchasing, supplier collaboration, development, and compliance.\u00A0Track record of establishing procurement processes and establishing a vendor program.\u00A0Proven experience negotiating SaaS, Cloud Hosting and Enterprise Software contracts as well as Professional and Managed Services agreements.\u00A0At Imprivata, we have a top-notch work environment, developmental opportunities, a competitive total rewards package, and the desire to have fun.
