POSITION SUMMARY: 

PVH leverages a diversified portfolio of brands. This includes Calvin Klein Apparel for North America and The Underwear Group brands Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, Warner's, Olga, and True & Co.

The Supply Strategy team drives significant business value by optimizing the supply chain with inventory and agility solutions.  This requires process transformation supported by tool development for efficient execution. The needed skillset combines subject matter expertise in end-to-end business process with global supply chain knowledge. The Manager, Strategy I&A will be responsible for leading & influencing cross functional teams internally & externally.

The Manager, Strategy Inventory & Agility (I&A) acts as an important bridge between Business and Sourcing strategies.  He or she must stay closely connected with business channels to pair product and planning strategies with best inventory and agility solutions and stay engaged with Sourcing teams to influence and connect the current and future sourcing matrix with I&A solutions.  Ultimately, this associate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, gaining the necessary support to implement them, and then rolling out solutions and tracking progress/ROI. 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB: 

  • Drives strategy implementation & evolution across brands, channels, & regions with goal of operationalizing within each functional team.
  • Creates & deploys SOP’s, playbooks, and process documentation to support successful adoption.
  • Partners with cross functional teams to better understand specific market needs, in order to provide best solution and business ROI
  • Keeps up to date with suppliers and industry to ensure PVH continues to lead the marketplace in strategy, model creation, and execution
  • Uses critical thinking to create & evolve strategies  
  • Monitors tools, processes, & calendar timelines for implementation  
  • Identifies, analyzes, and validates enablers that reduce lead-times for programs nominated by business partners.
  • Partners with Data team to properly document & communicate KPI’s, ensuring strategies provide maximum ROI to business
  • Supports the organization in developing new ways of working, adapting value chain to best meet the needs of an evolving business landscape & customer
  • Communicates project updates to key stakeholders & Sr. Leaders to ensure visibility through process
  • Partners and liaises with Supply leads on broader business strategies to ensure teams are aligned
  • Partners with Supply Planning to ensure model/strategies are aligned with capacity planning
  • Fosters “raw materials first” and Near-Shore mind-set/way of working

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience / Certifications: 

  • 5+ year of experience in process support and Global Supply Chain

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

Skills:

  • Strong communication & influencing skills; ability support cross-functional stakeholders across the organization
  • Strong project management, organizational and facilitation skills
  • Strong data and analytics skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and Smartsheet
  • Ability to maintain poise and a positive attitude in a challenging, fast-paced rapidly changing environment
  • Ability to understand organizational structures and interdependencies and influence cross functional teams
  • Self-motivated with excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong people skills that can support in bringing / uniting teams together around varying business solutions

  • Primarily based in the NY office
  • Overseas travel may be required
