About the job
Twilio’s Strategy & Operations team is a dynamic and growing function that serves as a strategic partner to Twiio’s highest visibility strategic and operational initiatives. The team creates value through deep analytical rigor, functional and strategic expertise to deliver cross-functional initiatives.
This position will help drive engagement of Twilio’s senior leaders (VP ) by developing and executing communications strategies and programs that create excitement, and accelerate adoption of high visibility company-wide initiatives.
With the huge growth in the company, our senior leadership team is growing quickly and is increasingly global. So, we are looking for someone with a proven ability to execute strategy & operations projects, communications plans and a natural ability to think strategically while delivering tactical results to join the Strategy & Operations team.
Our team plays a critical role in defining then driving strategic and operational improvements across Twilio. This role will be key in supporting the execution of company-wide strategic initiatives and programs that fuel VP engagement.
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
Manage cross-functional high visibility company wide initiatives with Twilio’s Strategy & Operations, People, Employee Experience, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion (DEI) and Leadership Development teams.
Drive both tactical and strategic execution of leadership engagement off-site events, internal communications, and project plans.
Build executive level dashboards and presentations, taking conceptual ideas and translating them into business insights and contemporary written content.
Plan, write and deploy high-impact creative content for our key internal channels.
Use analytics to drive process change in a fast-paced, high growth and global environment.
Project manage cross functional alignment of goals, drive execution and track success.
Escalate risks, issues, and facilitate resolution in partnership with leadership teams.

Required:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum of 4 years experience in management consulting, analytics, or an operationally focused role.
Strong communication skills, written and verbal, and can meet deadlines.
Comfortable interacting with executive level company leadership.
Highly organized and detail oriented. Able to track multiple projects at once.
Desired:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum of 5 years experience in management consulting, analytics, or an operationally focused role.
Proficiency with tools such as GSuite, Excel, Powerpoint, Tableau, or equivalent
Deep analytical skills to support company wide dashboards and analytics.
Ability to use data driven insights to execute process improvements / build models and process flows to evaluate process improvement opportunities
Experience in communications and event management and/or employee engagement
Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and data analysis skills.
Self starter with an ability to work in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment, balancing multiple ongoing priorities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
Knowledgeable about a range of internal communications platforms and cloud tools, such as Zoom, Slack, Slido, Keynote and Google Suite.
Working knowledge of digital and print design, along with editing principles and best practices.
Location
This role will be Remote based in the USA.
Approximately 15-20% travel is anticipated.

The estimated pay range for this role, based in Colorado, is
$109,280.00 - $150,260.00
Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Twilio's equity plan.
The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location within the state. This role is also eligible to participate in Twilio’s equity plan and for the following benefits: health care insurance, 401(k) retirement account, paid sick time, paid personal time off, paid parental leave.
