MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Associate Degree preferred.

Experience: Supervisory experience in inventory control environment preferred.

Licensure, certification, and/or registration: Valid VA Drivers License with positive driving record required. 

Other Minimum Qualifications:

*Ability to respond to patient supply emergencies in a calm and collected manner. *Ability to act independently with minimal supervision. *Solid team management player, both within the organization and at offsite client locations. *Proven ability to perform in a continually changing environment.   *Ability to handle the heavy equipment of standard warehouse operations.  *Successful completion of orientation and competency validation for position.  *Effective interpersonal and teamwork skills required. *Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing. *Possess a driving record within the scope of Carilion's Driver Regulations that may require driving and delivering responsibilities.  *Computer proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word *Ability to problem solve, make decisions, and be creative in these processes. *Ability to prioritize and manage time.
