WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING...

Deliver Process Excellence on high impact and visible strategic projects through process improvement, process design & innovation, and process re-engineering

Capture business workflows and drive alignment across global groups, including an immediate focus on our CRM migration to ensure that workflows are efficient and effective

Lead and manage UAT for the CRM migration and ensure that all systems and processes work as expected before gaining approval and sign off

Document processes, workflows, and procedures and build a reference library for the Customer Experience organization that will be updated and maintained over time

Create workflow charts using Lucid Charts or similar workflow management tool

Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements for existing or new processes and work with business analysts to craft proposed solutions

Ensure that outcomes derived from Customer Experience processes are in line with the strategic goals of the company

Communicates new or modified processes and content to all teams impacted across Customer Experience

Leverage internal and external benchmarks to identify business process improvement initiatives

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM...

8 years of experience working with processes within a Technical Support or Professional Services organization

BA/BS in business or technology

Experience in a fast-paced technical environment

Excellent collaboration skills and ability to influence peers and other individuals who are not direct reports and build relationships at all levels of the organization

Able to engage and inspire employees and project team members

Ability to work with all levels of management

Exemplary time and project management skills with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and work collaboratively

Lean Six Sigma and ITIL certifications (preferred)

Strong organizational skills with a high level of accountability and professionalism; willing to go the extra mile to see issues to resolution; self-directed and resourceful
