\u003cli\u003eFacilitate sessions or meetings with individuals or teams to conduct initial analysis for all project requests, and to obtain necessary critical information to develop a business case and/or recommendation for various process improvements.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eDocument requirements, test cases, process flows and white papers in line with business objectives to provide recommendations in order to achieve project\u0026rsquo;s milestones, deliverables, and increased efficiencies.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eAnalyze procedures, processes, and tasks as they relate to project scope, with aim of reducing redundancy, building efficiency, and increasing productivity, while ensuring compliance with company policies.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eDevelop and maintain overall implementation project plans, schedules, resource plans priorities, and dependencies.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eProvide reports to management and internal partners explaining project status, issues, risks, and timeline, and changes to original plans.\u003c/li\u003e
