Aon is looking for an Operations Business Analyst IAs part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions supporting Risk in Ft. Washington, PA.Specific knowledge / domain expertise requiredPartners with the Project Manager, Business unit and leaders on assigned technology projects to understand project scopeMaintains an acceptable level of technical proficiency in business system platforms in order to understand the interdependencies between the business and technical environments.Works with the business group to detail and map the current-state business processes and to translate business needs into formal, documented business requirements.Key accountability is to build business requirements/user stories for assigned projectsResponsible to work thru Agile/Scrum and/or SDLC -System Development Life Cycle with offshore to ensure business requirements are being met.Create and implement test plans.
