Job Details:

The Associate Director of Business Operations - Sustainability will be accountable for accelerating decision making and driving operational improvements in the Sustainability organization, including strategy development, business planning, financial operations, and operational improvements. The ideal candidate for this role should have a broad range of experience, including understanding financial statements, data collection and interpretation, long term planning and a history of showing strong judgement. Responsibilities:

Influences the future strategy of the overall business division with capability of long-term planning

Provides guidance and advice to management based on deep subject matter enterprise

Focus on strategic alignment across the Sustainability function

Leverages external industry relationships to represent Enterprise appropriately

Responsible for communicating strategy and Sustainability “storytelling” internally and externally

Collaborate with subject matter experts on defining business plans and strategies and evaluating alternative approaches.

Define financial analysis on key opportunities and build defensible financial models

Collaborate with enterprise stakeholders and customers to develop business cases to drive initiatives required to achieve goals.

Partner with Sr. Director, Sustainability Operations on improving the overall operations of the Sustainability organization

Requirements:Education: Bachelor's Degree required, with a preference in business administration, finance, or related field. Experience: 5 years of business administration experience in financial analysis, communication, P&L, strategy and/or planning, or sustainability Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills including sharing ideas and information across diverse audiences and making presentations to drive business decisions. Ability to synthesize clearly and simplify complex information. Special skills: Developing strong relationships with external and internal customers; candidate must have exceptional financial acumen and problem-solving skills; experience with developing and implementing work systems and processes related to business operations Travel: 4-12 domestic trips per year
