We use several proprietary and commercial programs to support our clients, including AonBondLink, Bridge, and Outlook. We'll work with you to get you up to speed on our tools. Part of your role is to ensure complete and accurate usage of tools and automation systems to improve efficiency and reduce transactional costs! What the day will look like:Monitor compliance with Business Process Guidelines (BPG’s) and Signature Service standards. Coordinate/connect with Distribution, Client and Market teams to meet their needs through effective utilization of client fulfillment resources.Oversee carrier relations for operational issues.Communicate with clients, colleagues and sureties to verify that expected levels of service are being met or exceeded.Prepare spreadsheet with client account listings quarterly, which will include premium, income, etc. Maintain fee allocation/income schedule and oversee and coordinate stewardship portfolio data.Prepare monthly narratives for management.Provide surety technical advice and support to non-surety personnel.As a people leaderIdentify and recruit qualified client fulfillment colleagues and provide appropriate training and ongoing performance appraisals. Prepare client account assignment list and assign new and reassign existing accounts for optimal client support. Lead regular collaboration and business review meetings and activities, such as:Monthly meeting with all surety analystsWeekly meeting with team leadersWeekly Activity Reports (WAR) compiled and distributed to client advisory personnel and regular interactions with that team.Weekly conference calls with other directors and collection managers to review collection procedures and processes.Monthly clean-up reports by account and discuss with client fulfillment personnelWeekly/Monthly visits to offices, as needed Skills that will lead to success: A minimum of seven years surety or financial/professional service experience will help you quickly develop yourself in this group. Successful colleagues in this role have strong organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills with an ability to recognize problems, establish facts and develop valid recommendations. To excel, you'll need to apply your excellent “people” skills, including ability to optimally communicate (both verbal and written) with colleagues, markets and clients. Additional traits include:Ability to prioritize work and manage time effectively.Ability to effectively interpret a variety of technical instructions, taking care of abstract and concrete variables.Experience or education in Risk Management/Insurance.Education and licensing requirementsBachelor’s degree is preferred for this role, or equivalent years of industry experience.
