This role will collaborate with manager and support Strategic Sourcing and Procurement (SS&P), processes, capabilities, systems and applications. This includes development of content, tools and applications to drive success of the SS&P organization. Develop FAQs on GP applications and assist in troubleshooting for SS&P users. Support with design and delivery of fixes and enhancements to ensure business requirements are met and system integrity is not compromised. BMS SharePoint administrator and data steward of SS&P team sites. The Senior Associate will manage supplier development and performance management processes and procedures, including supplier and sourcing analytics to ensure accuracy; providing detailed analysis of performance across the organization and identifying key metrics for reporting.
This role will support Strategy, Process & Capabilities, Strategic Engagement and Office of the CPO in initiatives to advance the organization and drive success.
Major Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Create new site development including implementation of new features & functions. Manage data & documents organization, content updates, & provisioning sub-sites for teams within Global Procurement
Configure, manage & maintain access permissions on sites according to policy, confidentiality, and organizational needs.
Collaborate with leaders and users incorporating feedback into new design choices on layout, user experience, graphics/logos, and advanced video editing
Conduct maintenance and troubleshooting of content and permissions on sites with a large number of contributors and visitors
Manage various sites to have reliable information for the appropriate users.
Offer hands-on support on podcasts for SS&P users
Support design/development of the SS&P performance management capabilities, including providing recommendations into the scorecard development
Analyze metrics in collaboration with manager in support of the SS&P organization.
Provide assistance with the refresh of performance management capabilities (e.g., scorecard) and supporting metrics throughout the year
Provide insight in the development of processes related to reporting and analytics capabilities.
Lead and analyze continuous improvement efforts to ensure processes minimize manual effort associated with collecting and refreshing data
Minimum Qualifications:
B.S./B.A. (Business, Science or Engineering is desirable)
Minimum of 5 years work experience with at least 4 years sourcing, contracting or relevant experience.
Experience in procurement processes, technology and systems (such as SAP Ariba), contract and supplier analysis and management, market analysis, and supply chain a plus or relevant experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and MS Excel skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Power Point
Proven ability to manage multiple projects/tasks effectively
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, ambiguous environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s in Business Administration (MBA)
Demonstrated success working in a team environment
Demonstrated ability to partner with and manage internal stakeholders at all levels within a highly matrixed organization, working across cross-functional, cross-organizational teams.
Experience with development of data-driven dashboards utilizing visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, QlikView, Spotfire).
Ability to develop solutions that align tactical solutions with strategic goals.
Conduct business systems analysis and prioritization of technology projects to enable organization.
Engage in proactive relationships with software vendors to influence product development.
Be knowledgeable about industry benchmarking of technology systems and applications for organization.
