Aon is looking for an Operations Specialist IIJob Description Summary: We are looking for am Operations Specialist II in our Fort Wayne, IN office! This position is accountable for managing and coordinating all functions of operations within the division. The primary responsibilities are to manage the operations staff, ensure timeliness and accuracy of policy issuance and Documaker processing within the business unit, and to review and communicate written, verbal and electronic information needed to effectively and efficiently perform issuance functions.
