NBBJ is seeking an experienced manager to lead our talented Digital Operations team. The role is office based but does offer flexibility of up to two days p/week virtual. Our ideal candidate is highly collaborative, possesses strong written and verbal communication skills, strong project management and time management skills and has a successful track record of designing simple, scalable solutions and troubleshooting complex network problems and delivering innovative solutions. The desire and ability to work in a fast paced, collaborative environment is essential.Summary of Key ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: Interact professionally with internal stakeholders and external customer teams to discover and meet business needs Work with a wide range of complex technologies Drive the scaling and sustainment of our current global infrastructure to meet the demand of our customers Troubleshoot complex problems and develop innovative solutions day to day Lead, coach, and mentor other team members.
