Responsible for establishing the overall sector systems plan and resource utilization with the goal of increasing operational efficiencies throughout the sector. Builds and leverages internal and external relationships to drive sector operational enhancements in order to achieve overall efficiency. Serves as sector systems lead and is the liaison between operational sectors, external vendors, customers, and internal departments to achieve operational objectives.• Sector Systems leader and is the strategic interface for Senior Leadership, external customers and Functional IT• Partners with Functional IT and recommends solutions or new enhancements to senior leadership to maximize system efficiencies. Proposes enhancements designed to achieve increased service performance or decreased operating expenses. Validates that Service Level Agreement (SLA) is enforced.• Manages the team for start-up and go live support. This includes pre-go live readiness and preparation to ensure design concepts do not deviate from original solutions and are responsible to gain escalate and gain approvals if we have a deviation.• Responsible for application stability and resource utilization from pre- go Live to steady state.• Supports business development process and operational enhancement projects by applying influence, and knowledge of application capability and constraints• Oversees solutions concepts and ensures it is applicable to the operating intent within planned cost projections with proper considerations of base application principles• Responsible for the ongoing use and development of visibility tools required to effectively manage operations within specific sector• Manages and oversees the development of effective health checks, controls and monitoring of tools for each operation• Ensure proper development operational systems resources for the Sector• Oversees continuous improvement, project management and implementation• Drives operational efficiency through the use of system data/reporting and lessons learned reviews• Responsible for the development of operations systems associates within the sector. Has the ability to ensure a proper balance is provided within the systems workforce while minimize operational risk.• Develops the right balance of on the job, near the job and off the job development for the operations systems team members.• Responsible for resource planning and allocation of systems associates within the sector.Providing technical support resources for multiple operations to assist with WMS resource expertise, avoid help desk ticketing and expedite resolutions;Tools development and maintenance (Bi Publisher, VIEW, SEEIT, TOSS) andAd-hoc reporting development and maintenance such as, the creation of reporting solutions where the VIEW is not a viable option, development of databases and procedures for tracking site metrics• (quality, service, attendance, etc.) and ensuring processes match the physical work• Provide market competitive unit cost, service across the network         • Deliver EBIT and Gross Profit targets for the business across the network in line with the IBP         • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction         • Deliver SPL services & value proposition efficiently & effectively across the network, ensuring smooth implementation of new contractsRequired Education and Experience• Bachelor's degree in IT similar field or equivalent experience, or 15 years of Systems related experience, required•10-15 years of experience in supply chain, distribution, or related field, required•Experience leading systems implementations and managing projects, required                                          Our Organization has a business casual environment and focuses on teamwork, associate development, training, and continuous improvement.
