Position Summary

The Supply Chain Analyst, Network Design will be responsible for building and maintaining models of the Global Under Armour Logistics & Distribution network. This position will focus on the optimization of the inbound and outbound flows of goods. They will have the opportunity to discover cost, flow, and lead time improvement opportunities utilizing best-in-class supply chain optimization and simulation software.

The role will also be responsible for maintaining and communicating project plans as well as being familiar with the reporting of internal Metrics, KPI’s, and Financial Targets for the Global Logistics & Distribution Organization.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

⦁ Work with internal stakeholders to identify model requirements and scope

⦁ Gather data and understand context of data used as model inputs

⦁ Design, maintain and validate outputs of optimization or simulation models

⦁ Communicate progress to key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

⦁ Package and present model results to key stakeholders

⦁ Utilize Microsoft Excel or other data manipulation tools to perform modeling not appropriate for optimization software

⦁ Maintain cross-functional relationships with Supply Chain stakeholders for data sharing and optimization opportunities

including but not limited to Demand & Supply Planning, Transportation, Warehouse Operations, FP&A, and Account Services.

Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)

⦁ Strong Mathematical & Analytical Skills

⦁ Communication & Presentation Skills

⦁ Organizing & Working with Large Datasets utilizing Query or Visualization tools (SQL, PowerBI, Tableau, Excel)

⦁ Detail-oriented critical thinker

⦁ Ability to analyze large amounts of data to draw meaningful conclusions

⦁ Interest in collaborating & communicating with a diverse group of functional areas

⦁ Excellent problem solver, can come up with creative solutions to difficult problems with minimal supervision

Education And / Or Experience

⦁ Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Management

⦁ 1-2 Years in Analytical position preferred

Other Requirements

⦁ Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our global headquarters in Baltimore, MD.

⦁ Return To Work Designation: 2 days a week in-office, the remainder of work week remote.

⦁ Travel: 1-2x per year for training or conferences
