Job Description
The 2nd Shift Manager of DC Operations is responsible for the overall performance of assigned operational areas within a distribution center. Oversight areas will focus on 1-2 departments within the DC. The DC Manager is part of the front-line connection with warehouse employees and plays a critical role in engaging and inspiring their teams to meet and exceed daily targets. The DC Manager fulfills the mission by driving DC execution and performance and providing excellent service to stores, customers, and patients. The Manager will support Supervisors to maintain an engaged, productive team through strong leadership, demonstrating initiative and leading by example. The hours for this position are Monday - Friday 2:30 pm to 11:00.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 60,300
Maximum: 130,000
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.

Required Qualifications
Multiple years full time leadership experience in warehouse environment.
-Prior experience in retail or distribution/warehousing.
-Proven ability to drive culture and results.
-Experience developing talent at multiple levels.
-Regular and reliable attendance.
-Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, WMS, and other distribution center reporting tools.
-Ability to think and act strategically.
-Basic knowledge of applicable federal and state laws.
-Frequent standing, walking, and climbing stairs.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Excellent time management.
-Able to drive significant, strategic projects to completion independently.
-Ability to work with all levels of the organization and across teams to collaborate with a variety of peers, leaders, and support partners.
Preferred Qualifications
5 years supervisory experience
4 years of experience working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, pivot tables)
Education
High School Diploma required
Bachelor's degree preferred
