Work you’ll do/Responsibilities

Coordinate teams in the discovery, understanding and resolving of issues to ensure solution and delivery quality

Mentor teams in the delivery of high-quality work and adapting to new challenges

Lead teams through resolution of client business challenges and solution performance

Demonstrate deep functional knowledge of the Ariba modules: Sourcing, Contract Management, SLP, B&I, and SCC

Display functional and technical knowledge of Ariba S2P standard processes and configurations

Strong understanding of procure to pay, source to contract, category management as it pertains to sourcing and procurement processes

Display expert knowledge to lead teams in troubleshooting Ariba for S2P and reporting issues

Lead supplier and catalog enablement program including strategy development, execution, and on-going enablement

Lead and consult with client technical/functional teams to design and implement processes and solutions to optimize performance

Lead in execution of sourcing events leveraging Ariba Sourcing tool

Lead in contract migration from legacy system to Ariba Contract tool

The Team

We advise, implement, and operate transformational solutions that bring world-class supply network and operational capabilities to our clients. We provide operational know-how, digital technologies, advanced analytics, and industry-specific hybrid solutions to deliver unprecedented client value. Additionally, we improve operations, product, and material flow across the breadth of the value chain and create greater supply network synergy and value through M&A events.

Qualifications

Required

6-10 years of experience of technical/functionalknowledge of Ariba modules:Sourcing, Contract Management, SLP, B&I, and SCC

Worked on at least 5 Ariba implementation projects of the most recent version

Ability to lead design workshops, gather and document business requirements along while working with Ariba team to configure requirements

Lead team to create, write and execute test scripts in Ariba system as well as perform cutover activities

Lead team in the configuration of Ariba modules

Act as subject matter expert on sourcing event management using Ariba Sourcing application

Ability to identify, troubleshoot and mentor teams to problem solve complex Ariba system issues

Excellent skills with MS PowerPoint and Excel

Travel up to 20% annually (While 20% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice)

Limited sponsorship maybe available

Must be willing to live and work in the Lake Mary, FL; Gilbert, AZ; or Mechanicsburg, PA area

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

Preferred

Ability to mentor and lead project teams to deliver task assignments on or before deadlines

Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment

Architect, implement and lead in support of Ariba modules:Sourcing, Contract Management, SLP, B&I, and SCC

Deep S2P business process knowledge

Prior big consulting company experiences

Ariba certified
