Our Customer Care Team is the heart of our organization and works hard to support our customers. We are currently looking for a full-time Operations Specialist I to join our dedicated team. If you are passionate about animals and enjoy working with a dedicated team of people, this is a phenomenal opportunity for you! As an Operations Specialist I, you’ll be part of a passionate team working to ensure timely and accurate account management and customer service related to the protection of more dogs and cats with Healthy Paws Pet Insurance, a subsidiary of Aon Affinity. Healthy Paws is a top-rated pet health insurance company, headquartered in Bellevue, Washington.
