Operations Representative Jobs description

An operations representative is required to represent the company in a professional manner. An operations representative assists the operations manager and performs the duties so delegated; handles enquiries and creates customer data base on a regular basis; handles office correspondence independently; assist the operations manager in managing financial queries of clients. An operations representative has to actively participate in the team, attend internal and external meetings, and assist in strategic planning and implementation so as to achieve the required target as defined in the yearly performance plan. An operations representative needs to coordinate and work with other departments of the company viz. marketing, sales, and HR.
An operations representative should have a bachelor’s degree preferably in business administration along with experience in operations environment. An operations representative should have very good communication skills. Such positions may require flexible working hours and some amount of travel.
