A president operations carries the entire responsibility of the operations of a company. A president operations functions as a key member of a company’s executive management team and is responsible for recruitment and building of a dedicated team for smooth operations of the company in order to maximize profit. A president operations maintains coordination with all the departments and monitor their performance on a regular basis for effective performance. A president operations conducts a good amount of research, determines qualified vendors, establishes and maintains vendor relationship, and negotiates best value for the company. Such positions are responsible for administration and implementation of work ethics, and establishing policies and procedures that are safe, reliable, and cost saving for the company. A president operations is responsible for budget production, inventory management, expansion plans, productivity enhancement, R&D, maintenance, safety standards, and legal compliances.A president operations should have a bachelor’s degree in business administration along with progressive levels of experience. Such roles demand a strong technical foundation, practical creativity, and good execution skills.
